We have an exciting opportunity based in Folkestone for an experienced Administrator working on an ongoing temporary basis with an immediate start. This is a varied role that will require you to carry out a wide range of tasks.
You will be opening the site in the mornings, ensuring it is set up and ready for the day. You will greet and check in visitors, and act as their main point of contact providing guidance and information when required. You will also act as the administrative support to the new starters and the team by arranging equipment they need for training and to carry out their day-to-day work.
You will order materials for the office, arrange catering for meetings and events and process purchase orders using SAP. There will be a lot of communicating with internal departments as well as external companies and suppliers on both the phone and e-mail.
You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous administrative and office based experience will be essential for this role.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:30-16:00 and Friday 07:30 - 15:00 with an immediate start.
