Are you a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive looking for a part-time opportunity?
Location: Dover
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
The role:
You will work to develop and grow the company's customer base while identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound telephone sales and cold calling.

Key responsibilities would be to:
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospect customers to promote customs clearance services.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Prepare and issue written quotations for customers.
- Identify and generate leads for the wider sales team.
- Work with the Customs Clearance and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and service levels are maintained.
- Support the growth and development of the company's client base.
Experience and skills required:
- Previous telesales experience is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- An enthusiastic, proactive and positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures would be desirable.
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics would be desirable.
