  • A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage priorities and use initiative.

You'll be comfortable working with different teams, presenting information professionally and knowing when to seek advice or escalate concerns.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with solid foundations in health and social care who wants to develop broader expertise in quality, compliance and governance. You won't need to be an expert in every area from day one; the organisation is looking for someone with the right attitude, judgement and potential to grow with the role. Experience in governance, audits, contract monitoring, tenders or senior management reporting would be advantageous.
