Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (30-minute lunch) Full-time | Office based We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties and business centres across East Kent.

This is a key role for a professional, organised and confident individual who enjoys building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders, taking ownership and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio and business centres.

Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and requests professionally and efficiently.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.

Carry out regular property and site inspections, identifying issues and following up as required.

Coordinate repairs, maintenance and property-related works, ensuring contractors complete work to the required standard.

Maintain accurate property records, documentation and reports.

Ensure relevant procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements are followed.

Work closely with senior management, providing updates on property matters as required.

Travel between different sites across East Kent as necessary.

Take ownership of property-related issues through to resolution and ensure a high standard of service is maintained.

Person Specification Previous experience in commercial property management, facilities management or a related environment.

Experience dealing directly with tenants, contractors and external stakeholders.

Professional, organised and approachable, with excellent communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.

Proactive, practical and able to take ownership of issues through to completion.

Ability to work independently while working closely with senior management and colleagues.

High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.

Clean, full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

Prepared to travel between different sites across East Kent.
