Change-IT are looking for a Technology Lead to join a central government organisation based in London. The role is for 6 months initially, with a possibility of extension. This role is INSIDE IR35, paying between £850-£950 per day depending on experience.
Experience Required- Experience of working within Central Government previously - this is an essential requirement.
- Background in the technical world, you should have been a developer, architect or in another technical role in your past.
- Understanding of enterprise IT, agile delivery and DevSecOps style working.
- Experience in a senior technical leadership role, this should be providing oversight to a programme or team of teams (CTO, principal architect or similar) - Essential.
- Knowledge of government IT, HR and technology management processes.
- Experience in developing and driving the roadmap for a major technology programme.
- A broad understanding of cyber security and how this influences technical choices for IT and engineering systems.
- Clear experience in technical and IT enablement for a technology focussed organisation, supporting delivery of change.
- Solid experience working with senior leadership teams and programme boards.
