Responsibilities

  • Deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials.
  • Undertake complex diagnostics and coordinate multi-trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks.
  • Demonstrate proficient skills across carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering and tiling.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and one-to-one sessions with operatives.
  • Perform pre- and post-inspections on tenanted properties.
  • Manage void team to ensure voids delivered within the required time scale.
  • Attend evening TA meetings and respond to internal and external customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations in all work activities.
