We are now looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in Microsoft licensing, Azure cloud solutions, or Cisco products to help drive the next phase of growth for our client. This is a hybrid sales role with a 30/70 split between net new logo acquisition and existing account management. You’ll be responsible for winning new customers while also growing and retaining an established client base, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud, licensing, and optimisation services. There is also the opportunity to progress into, or develop experience in, specialist team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Winning and retaining customers through consultative selling and value-led conversations.
- Driving new business through Microsoft licensing, Azure CSP, and cloud cost optimisation (FinOps) services.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise their investment in Microsoft licensing and cloud services.
- Leveraging funded programmes, promotions, and initiatives (e.g. Azure Migrate) to support sales.
- Working closely with internal sales teams, client success, pre-sales, marketing, and Microsoft Partner teams.
- Supporting and enabling wider sales teams with licensing knowledge and opportunity development.
- Using co-sell motions and vendor relationships to generate inbound and outbound opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling Microsoft licences, Azure cloud solutions, or Cisco products.
- 5+ years experience in a commercial sales role, ideally within a CSP, reseller, or partner environment.
- Strong track record of new customer acquisition, account growth, and retention.
- Confident in cost modelling, proposal creation, and commercial presentations at all levels.
- Ability to manage and forecast pipeline accurately and deliver against quarterly and annual targets.
