Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing...
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and installation of air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults across a wide range of systems.
- Providing a professional and reliable service to our customers.
- Participating in a 1 in 6 weekly emergency call-out rota.
- Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and workmanship.
Working primarily across Hampshire and the surrounding counties—no London work.
What We’re Looking For...
You’ll ideally have
- City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, NVQ equivalent, or higher.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- A full UK driving licence.
- PASMA & IPAF certification (desirable, but not essential).
A positive attitude, strong fault-finding skills, and pride in delivering quality work.
As part of our commitment to our customers, enhanced DBS checks are carried out regularly and fully funded by the company.
