We are an ambitious start-up domiciliary care company based in South West London, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join us on a part-time basis during our set-up and CQC registration phase. Once the company successfully obtains its CQC registration, the role will transition into a permanent full-time position. We are also open to applications from an experienced Deputy Care Manager who is currently working towards their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Requirements

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for supporting the successful registration, development, and growth of the service. You will play an instrumental role in building a safe, compliant, and high-performing domiciliary care service from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CQC registration process
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Build relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance and quality assurance
  • Support business growth and development initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience working in domiciliary care
  • 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage care teams
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

For Registered Manager Applicants:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or experience supporting CQC registration (desirable)

For Deputy Care Manager Applicants:

  • Currently studying towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a senior care or deputy management role
