Overview
Community Care Assistant – Barnes, South West London. Location: Barnes, South West London. Pay: £14.24 per hour. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Assistants to join our growing care team in Barnes. You will provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
- Assist with washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Support with medication administration (following training and company policies).
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
- Carry out light household duties.
- Accompany clients to appointments and into the community.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Complete accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Follow individual care plans and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
- A caring, compassionate and professional attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
