We are a fast-growing financial services group made up of five specialist businesses spanning consultancy, FX, payments, digital assets, commercial finance, and more. Our clients are businesses operating in high-end, regulated sectors - and marketing plays a critical role in building trust, driving growth, and standing out. We’re now looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to work closely with the Group CMO, supporting on the day‑to‑day marketing activity across all brands in the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure across multiple businesses while playing a key role in shaping and executing group‑wide marketing activity.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit across the group, taking responsibility for the execution and coordination of key marketing activity across multiple brands. You’ll manage social channels, oversee event marketing, support on the delivery of content and campaigns, and ensure all marketing assets and websites are up to date and on brand. This role is both strategic and hands‑on – ideal for someone confident rolling up their sleeves and managing priorities across brands, with close support and direction from the Group CMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media: Own the social media calendar across the group; draft, schedule, and publish posts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram; engage with audiences; monitor performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations.
- Events: Lead marketing support for events (trade shows, client dinners, conferences), including planning timelines, coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, and overseeing post‑event follow‑up activity.
- Content & Copy: Support on the delivery of content such as blogs, case studies, client communications, and thought leadership, working closely with the CMO on messaging, tone, and positioning.
- Design & Creative: Adapting existing assets into new formats (social posts, decks, one‑pagers), briefing and coordinating with external designers where needed, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Website Management: Execute on website updates across group sites, including uploading blogs, updating pages, and ensuring content remains accurate and compliant.
- Email Marketing: Build, schedule, and send email campaigns using HubSpot (templates and guidance provided); support basic workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Collateral & Sales Support: Support sales outreach – ensuring brochures, pitch decks, and case studies are current, consistent, and aligned across all group businesses.
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce regular performance reporting across social, website, email, and campaigns; highlight insights, trends, and opportunities to the Group CMO.
Skills & Experience
- Must have 3–5 years’ marketing experience within B2B financial services or fintech.
- Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of compliance and sign‑off processes.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing social media for B2B brands, particularly LinkedIn.
- Comfortable working with website CMSs (WordPress or similar).
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
- A strong eye for design and brand; confident using Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite to adapt assets.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing delivery.
