Marketing Executive (Events & Partnerships) – B2B Financial Services

Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2–3 days per week in the office)

We're now looking for an ambitious Events & Partnerships Executive to join our

growing team and work directly with the CMO.

This is an opportunity to work across an exciting programme of conferences,

exhibitions, networking events, client hospitality and strategic partner marketing while

helping shape how we collaborate with some of the industry's leading businesses.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll lead the coordination of the Group's events and

You'll be responsible for helping us maximise the value of our strategic relationships by

identifying and delivering joint marketing opportunities that strengthen both brands,

increase market visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Alongside this, you'll coordinate conferences, exhibitions, networking events and client

hospitality that bring our brands to life and support our commercial teams.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, partners, suppliers and business

development teams to ensure every event and partnership delivers measurable value.

Please note: This role may involve occasional travel within the UK and internationally to

support conferences, exhibitions, networking events and partner activities.

Key Responsibilities

Events

  • Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, networking events, client hospitality and
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues, branding, merchandise and attendee
  • Support on-site event delivery and ensure every event reflects the Group's
  • Measure event performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial

Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, referral partners
  • Identify opportunities to amplify joint marketing activity through campaigns,
  • Work with partners to develop annual marketing plans and maximise the value of
  • Coordinate partnership commitments, sponsorship activations and joint
  • Look for new ways to increase partner engagement, generate referrals and
  • create commercial opportunities.

Community & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners and event attendees before,
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up activity alongside commercial teams.
  • Help grow attendance and engagement across the Group's event programme.
  • Act as a key point of contact for partners and ensure a consistently excellent

Marketing Support

  • Support event and partnership marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and
  • Coordinate event invitations, RSVPs, landing pages and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure events and
  • partnerships are supported by high-quality content.
  • Manage relationships with venues, agencies and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate event budgets, quotations and invoices.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

About You

You're highly organised, commercially minded and naturally enjoy building

relationships.

You understand that successful partnerships are about far more than logos on a

website - they're about creating meaningful opportunities that benefit both

organisations.

You enjoy bringing people together, spotting opportunities to collaborate and making

sure every event and partnership delivers real value.

You're confident working with senior stakeholders, proactive in your approach and

comfortable managing multiple projects at once.

Skills & Experience

  • 1- 3 years’ experience in events marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Confidence working with clients, partners and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech or another B2B industry.
  • Experience with conferences, exhibitions or sponsorships.
  • Partner or alliance marketing experience.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
  • Experience supporting LinkedIn or email marketing campaigns.

  • Create efficient processes for managing partnerships, sponsorships and events.
  • Become a trusted point of contact for partners, suppliers and internal
