About Us

New Age Partners is a fast-growing financial services group comprising six specialist businesses operating across crypto, foreign exchange, payments, commercial finance, consultancy and professional services.

Our businesses support sophisticated corporate clients operating around the world. As we continue to grow, marketing plays an increasingly important role in building our brands, generating demand and supporting commercial growth across the Group.

We're now looking for an ambitious Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team and work directly with the CMO.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of content marketing across a diverse portfolio of financial services businesses. You'll help build a scalable content engine, create high-quality campaigns and thought leadership, strengthen our organic visibility and support commercial teams with content that drives measurable business outcomes.

You'll gain broad exposure across multiple businesses, products and sectors while helping shape the future of marketing within the Group.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll own the Group's content marketing activity across six specialist businesses.

This is far more than a copywriting or social media role. We're looking for someone who understands how great content supports brand authority, organic growth, lead generation and commercial performance.

You'll develop thought leadership, deliver integrated campaigns, own our SEO content strategy, create high-quality sales collateral and help build AI-powered marketing workflows that allow us to scale content production without compromising quality.

Working closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts and commercial teams, you'll translate complex financial services topics into engaging, commercially relevant content that delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Group's content strategy and marketing calendar across six brands.
  • Produce thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns and sales collateral.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate complex financial services topics into engaging, commercially relevant content.
  • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise reach and impact.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Own the Group's SEO content strategy, including keyword research, content planning and optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, website traffic and search performance.
  • Develop AI-powered content workflows that improve productivity while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Test new marketing technologies and identify opportunities to improve content creation, campaign delivery and reporting.

Campaigns & Digital Marketing

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn and owned channels.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives and create campaign messaging and supporting assets.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple brands and stakeholders.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website, content and campaign performance.
  • Produce regular marketing reports and use insights to continually improve marketing performance.
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, onepagers, brochures and case studies.
  • Support commercial teams with targeted marketing materials for priority sectors and opportunities.

Website & Brand Management

  • Manage website content and publish new pages, articles and campaign assets.
  • Maintain consistent branding, messaging and quality across all Group businesses.

About You

You're an ambitious B2B content marketer who enjoys taking ownership and building things.

You combine excellent writing skills with commercial awareness and understand how content drives brand authority, lead generation and business growth.

You're comfortable researching complex topics, interviewing subject matter experts and translating technical information into engaging content.

Highly organised and naturally curious, you're excited by the opportunity to use AI and modern marketing technology to build a scalable, high-performing content function.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' B2B content marketing experience.
  • Experience within financial services or fintech.
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Experience using WordPress or another CMS.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
