We're now looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our growing team and work directly with the CMO.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams and strategic partners, taking ownership of multi-channel marketing activity that directly contributes to business growth.

The Role
Reporting directly to the CMO, you'll play a key role in delivering the Group's marketing strategy across our portfolio of businesses.
Working in partnership with the CMO, you'll be involved in campaigns, content, events, partner marketing and digital activity, ensuring marketing supports commercial objectives and delivers measurable results.
This is a broad, hands‑on role that combines strategic thinking with delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Content & Campaigns
- Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel B2B marketing campaigns across the Group, supporting brand awareness, lead generation and commercial growth.
- Develop and manage the Group's marketing and content calendar, coordinating thought leadership, blogs, case studies, client communications and campaign assets.
- Own the delivery of SEO‑focused content, leveraging AI tools and modern content workflows to increase organic visibility and engagement.
- Deliver social and email marketing campaigns to engage clients, prospects and partners.
- Support Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, working with commercial teams to develop targeted campaigns for priority accounts.
- Events & Partner Marketing
- Lead the marketing delivery of conferences, exhibitions, networking events and client hospitality.
- Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners, referral partners and industry associations.
- Coordinate co‑branded campaigns, events and thought leadership opportunities that strengthen partner relationships.
- Work closely with business development teams to maximise partner engagement and commercial opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on brand.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality sales and marketing collateral, including pitch decks, brochures, one‑pagers and case studies.
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing activity supports client acquisition and business development.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all Group businesses.
About You
You're an ambitious B2B marketer with experience in financial services who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.
You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working across multiple projects and brands.
You're commercially minded, organised and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

Skills & Experience
- 3‑5 years' B2B marketing experience within financial services, fintech or another regulated financial services business.
- Strong understanding of marketing within regulated environments
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience delivering partner or alliance marketing initiatives.
- Exposure to Account‑Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience working closely with sales or business development teams.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation, campaign execution or marketing productivity.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Linked In Campaign Manager and Figma.
- Experience using Linked In as a core B2B marketing channel.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot or similar.
- Experience managing websites using Word Press or another CMS.
