As a Domiciliary carer, you will offer high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting health needs, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care and promote client independence.
  • Daily Living Support: Support with meals, mobility, and household tasks as outlined in the care plan.
  • Medication Support: Administer or support medication and maintain records.
  • Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship, emotional support, and encourage clients social and recreational engagement.
  • Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain care records, report health changes promptly, and adhere to organisational policies and safeguarding standards.
  • Professional Conduct: Demonstrate professionalism and respect, uphold data protection, and participate in ongoing training. Attend mandatory training and participate in professional development.

DBS clearance required. No prior experience required; full training will be provided. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access. Must be flexible to cover different shifts, including evenings and weekends. Candidates must have the legal right to work, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
