Shift Options: Day Shifts Night Shifts (Full-time hours available for both) Your Role: Deliver dignified, person-centred care in service users’ homes. Support with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting. Administer or assist with medication. Offer emotional support and companionship. Provide overnight comfort and reassurance where needed. Promote independence while respecting personal choices and cultural needs. Keep accurate and up-to-date records. Attend training sessions and team meetings. What We’re Looking For: No previous care experience needed – we value compassion above all. A kind, patient, and empathetic approach. Willingness to work either day or night shifts, including weekends. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
