Job Description

We are looking for a Domiciliary Carer to join our team in Birmingham and surrounding areas This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 13 per hour. This role is pivotal to New Age Cares success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidates skills and responsibilities. Diploma opportunities and support Support to do CQC recognised training. This is fully paid for if you complete a years work with us. Opportunities to develop in the business.

Hands on management support Responsibilities Provide care and support to Clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities. Assist Clients with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Help Clients to take their medication.

Support Clients with mobility and access to activities. Provide companionship and emotional support to Clients. Ensure Clients safety and respect their rights and choices.

Maintain accurate records and write reports. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Requirements No experience required, just a caring and empathetic attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
