We’re a fast-paced, well-established talent management agency looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Booker to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in developing our talent roster, securing exciting opportunities, and building strong industry relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, understands the fashion, commercial, and social media space, and is excited to grow their career in talent booking.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and securing bookings across fashion, commercial, and social-led projects
  • Growing and nurturing our roster of talent
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with casting directors, brands, and clients
  • Managing talent availability, schedules, contracts, fees, and deliverables from first enquiry through to completion
  • Handling booking administration and ongoing client communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Talent Booker or similar role within a fashion, talent, or creative agency
  • A strong interest in social media talent management
  • Good understanding of the current fashion, commercial, and influencer landscape
  • Confident, driven, and proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who’s enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
