About The Role
Weâre looking for our 1st talent hire to own and scale hiring across Nevis. Youâll play a critical role in building the recruitment foundation of our organisation â hiring exceptional talent across a variety of foundational roles for Nevis. This is a handsâon role as youâll design and execute worldâclass recruiting strategies, partner closely with the founders, and define Nevisâs talent brand. You wonât just fill roles â youâll help us find the people who make the company.
What Youâll Do
- Own the full hiring lifecycle: lead the endâtoâend recruitment process â from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding â ensuring a seamless, highâquality candidate experience.
- Build technical pipelines: identify, attract, and engage topâtier passive talent across engineering, AI, data, and product functions through creative sourcing and community engagement.
- Partner with leadership: collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to understand growth goals and translate them into scalable recruitment strategies.
- Dataâdriven decision making: use data to monitor pipeline health, optimise processes, and report on key metrics and hiring progress to leadership.
- Employer brand development: shape and communicate Nevisâs story to the talent market â showcasing our mission, culture, and technology through events, content, and outreach.
- Market intelligence: stay ahead of industry trends, talent market movements, and emerging technologies to inform recruiting strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
About You
- 5â7+ years of fullâcycle recruiting, ideally within highâgrowth startups and/or highâcaliber recruitment firms.
- Strong track record recruiting for technical roles in the UK and/or European markets.
- Ability to build recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities while executing quickly and effectively in a fastâpaced environment.
- Skilled in using recruiting analytics and KPIs to inform decisions, forecast needs, and drive process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to problemâsolving.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling recruiting infrastructure as the company grows.
