Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing activity for our CPD programme.
- Follow up on marketing-generated enquiries and conduct discovery calls to capture potential CPD customer details.
- Provide high-quality, qualified leads to the Business Development Team.
- Respond to CPD requests, build and manage a target list and reach out to highly prized potential customers to identify CPD coordinators and book CPD sessions.
- Issue CPD certificates following completed sessions.
- Update CPD presentations and support the accreditation process.
- Set up design meetings for qualified enquiries.
- Pick up inbound enquiry calls to track new opportunities.
- Support marketing events and attend CPD events when requested.
Qualifications:
- Understanding and experience of using LinkedIn.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach focused on delivering targets.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Good IT skills, including MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
