We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating and interpreting specifications for our balconies.

Working with other Estimators, Project Leads, Account Managers and the sales team, you will calculate the costings of projects to enable the sales team to win and deliver projects on time and to budget.

You will also deal with a variety of enquiries, looking through drawing packs and reading drawings to put together pricing for projects.

Additionally, You Will

• Prepare client presentations and proposals
• Attend regular team meetings

About You

To be considered as an Estimator, you will need:

• Experience as an Estimator in Construction
• A full UK Driving Licence, preferably clean
• The ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.
• The ability to prepare bid presentations on PowerPoint
• A flair for analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving
• To be a good accurate record keeper, excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and eye for detail; ability to estimate without scope for financial error
• The flexibility to accept and manage change
• Knowledge of similar products, glass, steel, aluminium, and powder coatings
