Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house teams at both base and mountain cafés
- Ensure smooth daily service, from opening to closing
- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Coordinate shift rotas, team deployment, and break schedules
- Support training and development of new and existing staff
- Oversee hygiene, presentation, and safety standards across all customer areas
- Work with the catering manager and kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow
