Join our friendly Base Camp Hotel team in the Scottish Highlands as an Evening Receptionist. You\’ll be the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle reservations and inquiries efficiently
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in customer service is essential
• Must be 18 years or older

Working hours are 2pm-10:30pm for 5 days out of 7 days, including weekends.
