We are actively seeking a hard working and self motivated door-to-door field canvasser to speak to homeowners around completed installations and generate high quality leads for our sales team. You will be trained to pick out houses that require rendering and painting and explain how we can help with our specialist wall coating and rendering systems. No hard selling involved.
It would be advantageous if you have your own transport and are flexible with hours as afternoons are generally better along with some early evenings occasionally. No age restrictions, we would even consider active semi retired. Flexible hours and days.
Typical Duties:
- Speaking to homeowners in residential areas (NOT selling)
- Identifying properties needing exterior improvement
- Booking free quotations for our survey team
- Working independently outdoors
- Updating lead information
You will be happy to work alone and be conscientious in this regard understanding it is a results based role and you will be paid mainly by commission with a good hourly rate for the right individual. The job is based in Devon and Cornwall, not Plymouth, so we welcome applications from all areas of the region.
You should be self motivated and a self starter and be able to work unaided on your own, although help is always available if needed. Earnings are not capped but you can expect to earn OTE of between £2,000 and £4,000 a month minimum, and would exceed the national minimum wage.
