About this position

At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value. By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences.

About the role

This is a new and exciting opportunity to shape and create the content, campaigns and market moments that make Dizplai impossible to ignore among sports, media, creators and brands. This is a role for a self‑motivated, outgoing communicator, who knows how to find great stories in the business, craft impactful campaigns and champion the unique work of our company. You'll know how to build and target audiences, supporting the commercial team to drive organic growth for Dizplai, communicating our successes and insights, driving new leads and opportunities.

You are proactive and resilient, and can think creatively about how to get the right outcome delivered. You'll have considerable creative freedom, and be expected to make engaging, organic content that drives real interaction with the market.

Ideal Experience

  • Established experience in a content or marketing role, with at least some time in a startup, scale‑up or smaller agency where organic reach was the primary growth lever.
  • A personal portfolio of work you made independently, not just campaigns you commissioned or managed through agencies.
  • Strong instincts across organic social, video, editorial, newsletters, reports and distribution.
  • A track record of building audiences and driving engagement through content alone, not boosted posts or paid amplification.
  • Genuine fluency in sports, across media, audiences, creators and the changing distribution landscape.
  • The ability to extract ideas from Product, customers and leadership and turn them into sharp, shareable external stories.
  • Enough commercial judgement to support Business Development, understand Dizplai's ICPs and distinguish useful attention from vanity metrics.
  • High agency: spotting organic opportunities, making sensible small bets and getting work into the market without waiting for perfect conditions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the Dizplai Narrative: Serve as the guardian of Dizplai's brand voice, messaging and market positioning, continuously refining how we show up and what we stand for, entirely through the quality and consistency of our organic content output.
  • Publish regularly: Create good content consistently for LinkedIn, YouTube and our newsletter. No paid promotion, just work that's genuinely worth people's time and keeps Dizplai visible to the right audience.
  • Run standout campaigns each quarter: Once a quarter, run a bigger campaign around a product launch or something timely happening in the market.
  • Create things that bring in leads: Produce reports, tools and other useful content that people are happy to give their email address for.
  • Work closely with other teams: Collaborate with Commercial, Accounts and Product.

Our Values

  • Boundless — Think bigger. Innovate beyond the obvious.
  • Purposeful Impact — Focus on meaningful results, not effort.
  • Collective Strength — Support each other, challenge each other, grow together.
  • Positive Balance — Work with intensity and sustainability.

Our Hiring Process

  • Mutual Fit Chat - A conversation to ensure our expectations align.
  • Manager Deep Dive - A focused session with your potential lead.
  • F2F Practical Exercise & Culture Peer Session - An in‑person visit to our office where you’ll work through a real‑world task.
  • Next Steps - Following these stages, we aim to provide clear, honest feedback.
