WHO WE ARE
We are LIVE 360 and The Never Diet Again Method. We help successful women over 40 reduce cravings, regain control of their relationship with food and lose weight for the final time. Based in the UK/France and working globally, we’re on a mission to help 100,000 women reclaim control over food, feel confident in their bodies, and finally experience food freedom—for life.
We believe a company can only grow to the level that its team grows. That’s why we invest in every team member to become the strongest, most capable version of themselves—personally and professionally. We don’t believe in trading time for money or clock-watching from 9 to 5. We’re results-driven, not time-driven.
At LIVE 360, you’re not taking a job. You’re stepping into a mission—a movement—to help women rewrite the story they’ve believed about food, failure, and their bodies. We are a meritocracy. We reward results. We recognise those who go above and beyond. And we give our team the tools and opportunities to grow into leaders and build a meaningful career.
Working with us means setting a new standard in the health and weight loss industry. Everything you do moves us closer to that mission. And we believe that work should be fun, fulfilling, and the reason you jump out of bed in the morning.
OUR TEAM:
We are a virtual team with members from France and the UK to Canada. Our founder and CEO, Max Lowery is located in the French Pyrenees. Our team members are all driven by their shared desire for impact, excellence, and continuous growth.
OUR CULTURE:
We’re a virtual team; culture isn’t about where we work—it’s about how we show up, treat each other, and hold ourselves to the highest standard, even when no one’s watching. Everything we do is built on clear communication, radical responsibility, and mutual respect. We believe in direct feedback, honest conversations, and genuine collaboration, with each other and with our clients.
A strong culture inside the business creates a strong culture outside the business—and that’s why our clients feel it from day one. We live and breathe our 3 Core Values:
- Owner-Like Commitment: We take full ownership of our roles, decisions, and outcomes. We act as if this were our own business—proactive, accountable, and solution-focused.
- Speed Is Key: We move fast, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work without dragging our feet. Progress beats perfection.
- Driven to Grow: We are obsessed with personal and business growth. We constantly learn, improve, and challenge ourselves to get better.
