Based in the UK/France and working globally, we’re on a mission to help 100,000 women reclaim control over food, feel confident in their bodies, and finally experience food freedom—for life. CLIENT SUCCESS COACH ROLE: As a Client Success Coach, your mission is to help our clients stay on track, shift their mindset, and lose weight for good using our proprietary Never Diet Again Method. You’ll play a key role in delivering lasting transformation by guiding clients through the Reset, Rewire, and Realign process—helping them break free from emotional eating, limiting beliefs, and all‑or‑nothing thinking.

This role involves 1:1 coaching, DM support, and potentially leading or contributing to group calls and giving feedback inside our private community. Your success is measured by your ability to help clients:

  • Shift their mindset and emotional patterns
  • Implement the method effectively
  • Lose weight in a sustainable way
  • Keep it off for life
  • Ultimately become the most confident, empowered version of themselves

Your goal is simple: Help clients move forward, stay consistent, and never need to diet again. Expected income: £2000‑£4000 per month when fully booked with 20+ clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Have [15‑25] hours per week available for the following tasks:

  • Conduct client “Kick Start” calls within 48 hours of enrollment to ensure that all new clients are oriented with their resources, supported in their goals, and warmly welcomed into our community.
  • Lead powerful Zoom sessions to help clients break through mindset blocks, emotional eating, and limiting beliefs.
  • Set goals with the client and keep them accountable to stay on track.
  • Help clients stay clear so that nothing mindset‑based is in their way and they can move forward quickly.
  • Study relevant materials inside the Online Portal to understand our coaching program so you know what our clients are working through and can direct them to the appropriate training or resources when needed.
  • Study LIVE 360® Brand Identity document and related Company Culture documents to be 100% clear on the company vision, core values, ideal clients, important processes, and overall business model.
  • Update client records inside CRM based on check‑in calls and other interactions.
  • Provide CEO and team with a consistent “pulse” on our clients’ status and their progress in Slack.
  • Maintain open communication with other coaches to be aware of what each client is working on and having success or challenges with.
  • Engage in Private Community group (respond to comments, encourage others, post helpful and accountability‑based posts) to help clients through sticking points related to workshop material and/or mindset, self‑belief, and staying the course.
  • Conduct review calls with clients to resell them into MASTERY after the 90‑day program.
  • Attend Weekly 1‑on‑1 meetings.

RESULTS: Specifically, your goal is to help our clients move forward to stop cravings, regain control over food and lose weight for the final time. Ensure the majority of our clients renew their commitment to the program, keeping churn low.
