Do you love to change people’s lives through powerful conversations? Challenge people’s thinking and help them break through the patterns that have kept them stuck for years? Be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that expects excellence and pushes you to grow? Take full ownership of your results, your performance, and your standards? Have direct control over your income based on your output? Be recognised and rewarded for performance, not just effort? Play a key role in helping women over 40 finally break free from emotional eating and take back control of their lives?
We are LIVE 360 and The Never Diet Again Method. We help successful women over 40 reduce cravings, regain control of their relationship with food and lose weight for the final time. Based in the UK/France and working globally, we’re on a mission to help 100,000 women reclaim control over food, feel confident in their bodies, and finally experience food freedom—for life.
We believe a company can only grow to the level that its team grows. That’s why we invest in every team member to become the strongest, most capable version of themselves—personally and professionally. We don’t believe in trading time for money or clock-watching from 9 to 5. We’re results-driven, not time-driven. As long as you move our mission forward, support our clients, and hit your objectives, you have the freedom to design your schedule and enjoy your life.
At LIVE 360, you’re not taking a job. You’re stepping into a mission—a movement—to help women rewrite the story they’ve believed about food, failure, and their bodies. We are a meritocracy. We reward results. We recognise those who go above and beyond. And we give our team the tools and opportunities to grow into leaders and build a meaningful career.
Working with us means setting a new standard in the health and weight loss industry. Everything you do moves us closer to that mission. And we believe that work should be fun, fulfilling, and the reason you jump out of bed in the morning. We don’t believe in work-life balance. We believe in work-life integration—where your career fuels your life, and your life energises your work. This is more than a job. It’s a chance to do meaningful work that changes lives—and become the best version of yourself.
As a Closer, your role is to convert qualified prospects into committed clients. You are not here to “sell”. You are here to lead. To challenge. To guide. To help people make decisions that change their lives. You will speak to women who know what to do but are not doing it, feel out of control with food, have tried everything and still feel stuck, and are ready for change but afraid of failing again.
Your job is to understand them deeply, identify the real problem, challenge their current thinking, present a clear path forward, and help them commit to change. Your success is measured by deals closed, close rate, calls held, and revenue generated. This is a performance-based role. You are paid for production.
Responsibilities include conducting high-quality sales calls with qualified prospects, leading 1-call or 2-call closes depending on the client, handling objections with confidence and depth, maintaining clear and detailed CRM notes after every interaction, re-engaging warm leads and opportunities, booking and managing follow-up calls, taking full ownership of your pipeline and numbers, and continuously improving your sales ability through feedback and call reviews.
Your role is simple: produce results. Specifically, you are expected to maintain a close rate of minimum 25%, hold a minimum of 60 calls per month, and generate consistent and increasing revenue.
This is a commission-only role. You are paid based on output. There is no ceiling. Commission per sale is ÂŁ350 per client enrolled, with bonuses for first call closes and performance milestones.
Requirements include being based in Europe, having native-level communication and cultural understanding, aligning with our philosophy (no diet culture, root-cause approach), ideally having personal experience with weight struggles or transformation, strong communication and emotional intelligence, confidence in handling objections and difficult conversations, being highly organised and disciplined, and being comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
To apply, submit a video cover letter answering specific questions about your background, interest in the role, and what success looks like for you, along with your CV.
