As Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation — leading a talented team of production and warehouse operators, supported by skilled technical staff, to deliver exceptional results. Your profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or engineering, ideally plastics or food packaging
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume production focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Track record of building high‑performing teams and fostering a results‑driven culture
  • Solid understanding of shift KPIs, operational processes, and data analysis for improvement
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (BRC, FDA, ISO), SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma principles (advantageous)
  • Permanent right to work in the UK (site based in Northern Ireland)

Available Shifts

  • 38 hrs – Double Days (rotating shift pattern) from Monday to Thursday:
    • Week 1: 06:00–15:30
    • Week 2: 14:00–23:30

Salary & Benefits

  • 5% employer pension contributions
  • Extra holiday each year after 5 years’ service
