We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Producer to join our team to ensure the effective end-to-end delivery of creative projects for our clients. We hire people, not roles. Our team is made up of extremely multi-talented and creative people who flourish in an environment where they can work across a wide range of disciplines. A typical day will involve:

  • Managing the production schedule
  • Translating client briefs into actionable production plans
  • Developing shoot plans and creative
  • Allocating resources for projects (such as booking external contractors)
  • Liaising directly with clients during the project to keep them updated with progress
  • Looking after project budgets
  • Keeping all projects on schedule
  • Streamlining our production processes
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our Creative Team

The most important attribute is having the right fundamental attitude to getting things done and to a high standard. This is a junior position, so we're looking for someone early in their career and keen for the opportunity to have an exceptionally varied role and a huge amount of autonomy to really exercise their skills. It is a full-time and permanent position based at our studio in Bordon, Hampshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of photography, video, and other creative projects
  • Ensuring that all work adheres to client specifications at all stages of the project
  • Creating actionable production plans based on client briefs
  • Developing shoot plans and creative treatments
  • Booking in creative projects and managing the schedule of all internal team members and external contractors
  • The management of resources and inventory, including all photography and filmmaking equipment
  • Completing risk assessments and H&S reviews before production
  • Management of workflows and budgets, streamlining processes and ensuring project briefs are being delivered effectively
  • Continually optimising the studio’s use of project management software, AI, and workflow tools

Reports To: The Creative Director

Essential Skills:

  • Some experience in a related role and field (project management, operations etc)
  • An interest or background in the creative arts (design, photography etc)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge or understanding of AI tools, such as: ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, MidJourney, Sora, Veo, Imagen, Runway etc
  • A thirst for learning new things and getting stuck in
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A full UK driver's license

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in working at a creative or advertising agency
  • Hands-on photography and video production experience
  • Understanding of technical jargon—such as image and video file types, etc
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Experience with implementing AI tools into organisation and creative workflows

Salary, Working Hours & Location:

  • £28,000-30,000 DOE
  • Full-time position [37.5 hours]
  • Initial 6 month probation period
  • 9-5:30pm
  • Bordon, Hampshire
