We have our own handmade workshop in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, offering a wide range of unique jewellery, bespoke designs, and certified, conflict-free diamonds.
Seeking a Jewellery Assessment Coordinator to join our Birmingham operations team. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams
- Tracking and issuing repairs
- Coordinating stock transfers with regional offices
- Sourcing stones and findings for urgent orders
- Overseeing workshop repair costs
- Providing customer service
- Booking returns and repairs
- Sending products for hallmarking
- Preparing office collections and appointments
- Conducting regular stock checks
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of jewellery (metals, settings, tolerances)
- Product assessment experience
- Customer service or workshop experience
- Excellent communication skills over phone and email
