Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to lead and implement the visual strategy across Diamonds Factory stores. This is a key role responsible for elevating the brand’s presence through innovative displays, in-store design, and consistent execution across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand identity
  • Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for all locations
  • Design engaging in-store layouts and product displays that enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to support campaigns and seasonal initiatives
  • Train and support store teams on visual merchandising best practices
  • Conduct regular store visits across the UK and Ireland to assess and enhance visual standards
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and evolve strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Visual Merchandising Manager or in a similar role within luxury or jewellery retail
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and trends
  • Highly creative with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across teams
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, and potentially internationally
