Role Overview

As the Performance Marketing & Partnerships Specialist, you will be the strategic lead for the Affiliate channel while driving the growth of Paid Social and supporting day‑to‑day digital marketing performance. You will be responsible for building the Diamonds Factory affiliate programme and managing the end‑to‑end campaign workflow between our internal team in India and our external agencies. This role suits a specialist who thrives on building structure. You will ensure that strategy is translated into flawless execution, using tools such as Asana to maintain momentum across global time zones and multiple partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Leadership & Strategy
    • Own the day‑to‑day planning and strategy for the Affiliate channel to drive high‑quality traffic and revenue.
    • Lead the full setup of the Diamonds Factory in‑house affiliate programme, from platform selection to partner recruitment.
    • Proactively manage CPA models and negotiate high‑impact fixed‑fee tenancy placements to ensure a balanced ROI.
    • Design and implement a robust onboarding programme for new partners to ensure brand alignment and differentiation between sister brands.
  • Campaign Management & Process Engineering
    • Act as the primary lead for campaign management, using Asana to coordinate tasks between the UK, the internal India team, and external agencies.
    • Evaluate and improve existing workflows to ensure seamless communication and faster turnaround times.
    • Support the growth and scaling of Paid Social channels, identifying new audience opportunities and creative testing roadmaps.
    • Review PPC and Affiliate ad copy regularly to ensure consistency with site refreshes and seasonal campaigns.
  • Creative & Brand Collaboration
    • Take ownership of the creative workflow, ensuring briefs to the design, copy, and technical teams are clear and timely.
    • Provide performance feedback on creative and copy to continually improve tone of voice and conversion rates.
    • Work closely with Marketing teams to develop opportunities between influencer and affiliate partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support brand direction and maintain separation between sister brands.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights
    • Develop clear, insightful reporting to articulate the value of affiliate tenancies and paid social growth.
    • Actualise and track paid media spend monthly to monitor COA and inform future strategy.
    • Partner with technical and India‑based teams to resolve tracking discrepancies and ensure robust data across all platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital media experience, with a proven track record in Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social.
  • Advanced project management skills, with expert‑level proficiency in Asana (or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, and tenancy models within the affiliate ecosystem.
  • Experience building or significantly scaling a digital channel from scratch.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and data visualisation tools like Looker Studio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail, made‑to‑order, or high‑average‑order‑value (AOV) products.
  • Experience working with in‑house teams (India) and external agency partners simultaneously.
  • Technical understanding of product feeds, tracking pixels to support technical teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing premium placements with global publishers.
  • Familiarity with the digital landscape across international markets (EU, AU, UAE).
