As a People & Culture Assistant, you’ll help keep our People & Culture function running smoothly by handling important administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, assisting with employee relations, and improving our employee experience.
How You’ll Contribute- Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare and process documents such as letters, contracts, and policy updates.
- Champion our people ops systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Manage the people & culture inbox, swiftly handling employee queries.
- Prepare payroll for processing, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions.
- Support the coordination and tracking of training and development programmes for employees.
- Support our feedback, performance, and appraisal processes.
- Assist in the creation of surveys and organising employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with low-level employee relations – supporting, coaching and advising line managers and employees on policy and process.
- Prepare data reports, presentations, and internal comms, as and when required.
- Support our recruitment process (job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding).
- Partner with key stakeholders and assist the People & Culture Manager as needed.
- Work on wider global HR projects, on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Some experience in an administrative HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Incredibly organised and detail‑oriented with brilliant time management.
- Excellent grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy and proficient in HR systems, benefits dashboards, and reward platforms.
- Very high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Agile, ready to pivot with changing priorities, and comfortable multitasking.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
