About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Copywriter to create clear, SEO-optimised and commercially focused copy across the Austen & Blake website and marketing channels. The role will support content creation across product pages, on-site content, blogs, POS, social and email, ensuring consistency of tone of voice, accuracy and brand alignment. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Junior Copywriter will use customer insights to tailor copy by market and season, manage workloads effectively and continuously improve through feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Copywriting and SEO friendly content creation for the website (including product descriptions, FAQs, above the fold content, blogs, etc.) POS, social media and emails.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow the tone of voice to continue strengthening the A&B brand position and build brand recognition.
- Use customer insights to tailor copy at market level.
- Create consistency and maintain the quality and accuracy across all touch points.
- Ensure work is organised to ensure all deadlines are met.

- Delivers clear, accurate, and on-brand copy across multiple channels with increasing independence.
- Consistently meets deadlines and incorporates feedback effectively.

- Knowledge of Asana or similar.
- Highly organised with outstanding written English, communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve writing skills.
