About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive IT Operations Coordinator to ensure our UK&I IT systems run smoothly. This role gives you ownership over IT assets, vendor coordination, and day-to-day IT support—helping our business operate efficiently while supporting our teams across stores and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, phones, store tech, networking equipment), including procurement, allocation, tracking, and disposals.
- Maintain an accurate asset inventory and ensure compliance with policies.
- Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate systems and telecoms support, including VoIP, PBX, cloud tools, and network infrastructure.
- Liaise with external vendors for hardware, software, and IT services, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Support onboarding, IT projects, and upgrades, collaborating with internal teams.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in IT support, asset management, or operations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Mac & Windows troubleshooting, basic networking, cloud systems (Google Workspace, Asana).
- Familiar with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel to UK&I stores and offices as required.
