Job Summary: As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates across retail, design, workshop, marketing, and corporate functions. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, ensuring we attract individuals who not only have the skills but also the passion to contribute to our legacy of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior recruiters in sourcing and engaging top talent across retail, design, workshop, and corporate roles
- Writing and posting job adverts that are clear, inclusive, and engaging
- Reviewing CVs and helping shortlist strong candidates for interviews
- Conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interview schedules
- Helping to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs
- Using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to proactively search for candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements across departments
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and supporting the team with regular updates and insights
- Staying up to date with trends in the jewellery and luxury retail industries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within retail, fashion, luxury goods, or jewellery industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen eye for talent and the ability to match candidates with brand culture.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Passion for the jewellery or luxury industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Background or strong interest in jewellery, design, or high-end retail.
- Experience recruiting for high volume retail positions.
- Knowledge of local and international hiring practices.
