About The Role
This role is perfect for an agile Junior Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker with a can-do attitude looking to grow along with the creative team of a fast-paced environment and have a passion for producing pixel-perfect design. We’re seeking a meticulous person with Figma experience to join our creative team and become even better at what they do. Helping to bring to life our brands, pulling together the best in class marketing materials across different mediums from print, digital and everything in between. As our Junior Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker, you’ll support the team in developing predominantly emails that align with our brand identity, focusing on functionality and style. You’ll play a crucial role in adapting and rolling out high-volume assets across various digital platforms, including social media and online advertising. You’ll collaborate closely with our designers and copywriters to deliver creative work for campaigns, reaching diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing print and digital assets, contributing fresh ideas while staying aligned with our brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
- Experience in asset production and adaptation for digital platforms.
- Adapt and produce digital and print assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Research trends and customer needs to inform the design process.
- Implement design changes and roll out assets efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous file organisation and management.
- Collaborate effectively with other designers and copywriters.
What You’ll Need
- Attention to detail, producing pixel perfect work and a commitment to quality.
- Knowing your way in and around Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.
- A portfolio showcasing your Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite skills in design.
- Someone who’s comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and the pressures that come with it and be able to multi-task and manage amends effectively.
- A basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro (not compulsory but a bonus).
- Graphic Design qualification or similar.
