The Role
As Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead Neve Jewels Group’s global hiring strategy across Retail, Head Office, Workshop, Manufacturing, Fulfilment, and Customer Experience functions across all global regions.
You will be responsible for building scalable, consistent, and high-quality recruitment frameworks that support our rapid global expansion.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will partner with senior leaders across regions while also driving end-to-end recruitment for key strategic and leadership hires.
You will play a critical role in shaping how Neve attracts, engages, and hires talent globally, ensuring every hiring experience reflects our brand, values, and growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business expansion plans across multiple regions.
- Build scalable recruitment frameworks across retail, corporate, manufacturing, and operational functions.
- Partner with global and regional leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Ensure consistency in hiring standards, processes, and employer branding across all markets.
- Driving End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Lead recruitment for senior, critical, and hard-to-fill roles across global operations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience aligned with Neve’s global brand.
- Support hiring managers in making structured, fair, and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for retail, workshop, manufacturing, and corporate talent across global markets.
- Build pipelines for high-growth regions and new market expansion.
- Strengthen sourcing channels including direct hiring, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies across regions.
- Strengthening Employer Branding Globally
- Lead the development of Neve Jewels Group’s employer brand across global markets.
- Ensure job content, candidate communication, and hiring touchpoints reflect a consistent global EVP.
- Partner with People & Marketing teams to deliver recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Promote Neve’s culture and values across international talent channels.
- Improving Recruitment Systems & Processes
- Continuously improve global recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support optimisation of ATS/HR systems and global recruitment reporting.
- Build dashboards to track key metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and recruitment regulations across all regions.
- Partnering with Leaders & Building Capability
- Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers and senior leadership teams.
- Coach leaders on structured interviewing, assessment techniques, and hiring best practices.
- Support workforce planning and talent forecasting discussions across regions.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.

- Develop and maintain robust policies, procedures and governance frameworks that support legal compliance and operational excellence.
- Monitor legislative developments and emerging risks, ensuring the business remains compliant and future‑ready.

Skills You’ll Bring to The Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on talent leader who thrives in fast‑paced, international environments.
- Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including global or multi‑country responsibility.
- Strong experience hiring across retail, manufacturing, workshop, logistics, fulfilment, and corporate functions.
- Proven ability to design and deliver recruitment strategies at scale.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple regions or international markets.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Experience with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices and employment regulations.
- Excellent sourcing capability and ability to build long‑term talent pipelines.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous but not essential.
- High energy, hands‑on approach with strong execution capability.
