About the Role
Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the Digital Media Specialist will help define, implement, and optimise the paid media strategy to grow Austen & Blake as part of the Neve Jewels Group. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with ownership of day-to-day execution across paid channels, supporting the evolution of Austen & Blake from a successful business into a global brand. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys building structure, process, and clarity where it does not yet exist.
How you’ll contribute / what you’ll be doing
- Paid Media Strategy and Performance
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and emerging channels
- Monitor total online and offline performance and guide teams daily to improve digital marketing outcomes
- Optimise bid strategies, creative performance, product feeds, ad copy, and account structures
- Own day-to-day campaign planning and execution to drive revenue growth and efficient COA
- Support the expansion and scaling of Paid Social in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
- Campaign and Creative Management
- Own the creative workflow, ensuring briefs to design and copy teams are clear, accurate, and timely
- Coordinate campaigns across internal teams and external partners
- Provide performance feedback on creative and copy to improve tone of voice, messaging, and conversion
- Review PPC ad copy regularly to ensure brand alignment, seasonality relevance, and consistency with site updates
- Collaboration and Brand Growth
- Work closely with SEO teams to build a strong Total Search partnership
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to support the evolving Austen & Blake brand direction
- Partner with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting campaign performance
- Work cross-functionally with Digital, Design, CRM, PPC, Retail, and international teams to ensure alignment
- Reporting, Analytics and Insight
- Track and manage paid media spend monthly to monitor COA and inform strategy
- Develop clear, insightful reporting to communicate performance and opportunities
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in establishing consistent performance tracking across agencies and in-house teams
- Use data and insight to translate findings into actionable improvements

Requirements / Who we’re looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital media experience, ideally within SEM for retail or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs with the ability to turn insight into action
- Experience managing large-scale budgets across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and keyword tracking tools
- Experience working with external agencies and international teams
- Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent analytics tools
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
