About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our London head office to build on the rapid growth of Diamonds Factory. This new role will give the opportunity to an excellent copywriter to work across all digital functions and offline marketing too. Working closely alongside the Digital Marketing Team, this role will be pivotal in communicating to the customer who we are and what we stand for as the business continues its rapid expansion both locally and internationally. This is a unique, and very exciting opportunity to help continue to shape and develop the brand’s tone of voice and comms!

How you’ll contribute

  • Copywriting and content creation mainly for our website but assisting with stores, social media, and press.
  • Act as a brand guardian for the Diamonds Factory tone of voice.
  • Continuing to help shape the brand’s identity with compelling, customer‑focused messaging.
  • Writing SEO friendly product descriptions for various categories across the website.
  • Creating and optimising key messaging on the website on new/existing pages.
  • Liaising with our PR/SEO agency to support the yearly strategy.
  • Ensure that work is organised to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with the CRM and Graphics team on weekly newsletters.
  • Strengthen the Diamonds Factory brand position, and help build brand recognition and growth through a consistent tone of voice.
  • Taking on various creative briefs, and managing your workload effectively.
  • Lead the development of brand communications, acting as a resource across the team.
  • Take a commercial, sales driven approach and consider customer mindset seasonally and regionally.
  • Use customer insights to tailor copy at market level.
  • Create and continue our level of copy consistency, whilst maintaining the quality and accuracy of copy across all touchpoints.
  • Edit various pieces of copy when required.

Who we’re looking for

  • Around 3‑4 years of copywriting/content management experience.
  • Good hands on knowledge of SEO and Semrush.
  • Outstanding written English, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised and flexible.
  • Knowledge of Asana, or other similar project management systems.
  • A can‑do attitude, and always looking for solutions.
  • Previous experience working in the luxury industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diamonds and diamond jewellery is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
