About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and luxury, overseeing daily store operations while driving sales performance and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to exceed targets
- Foster a positive, high-performing team environment
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and consultative selling
- Drive sales performance, KPIs, and store profitability (P&L awareness)
- Build strong client relationships and manage escalations effectively
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and operational excellence
- Manage stock accuracy and minimise discrepancies
- Implement security and loss prevention procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Gather customer feedback to improve store performance
- Promote health and safety standards across the store
- Coordinate store maintenance and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail (jewellery preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
