We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Operations / Middle Office Analyst to join our London team. This is a full-time, fully on-site role, supporting the day-to-day running of the firm’s middle office and operations function.
- Support daily cash management processes across client portfolios and accounts
- Perform reconciliation, investigation, and resolution of stock and cash positions
- Assist with corporate actions processing and monitoring
- Assist with portfolio performance calculations and analysis
- Analyse, maintain, and help develop the firm’s portfolio management systems and operational processes
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from internal teams, including investment, client relationship, and finance functions
6–12 months of experience in a similar operations, middle office, or investment support role is preferred, ideally within an investment management or financial services firm.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential
- A keen interest in investment management, financial markets, and operational processes
