The Role
- Lead the execution of the business plan alongside exploring NPD opportunities, service offerings & identifying new markets.
- Review existing business processes & systems, making changes where necessary and always with an eye on making maximum use of available resources.

The Candidate
- A business leader with a minimum 5 years full p&l responsible experience within a multi-site manufacturing/after sales service environment.
- Demonstrable record of achieving profitable sales growth, delivering first class customer service and reviewing systems & processes with the goal of achieving operational excellence.
- Will have completed one or more acquisitions and integrated them seamlessly.
- Strong leadership skills and committed to creating a collaborative workplace culture.
- Commercially astute, decisive, analytic.
