They work closely with utilities, contractors and end users to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability solutions. They are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the East Midlands and East Anglia region. This is a field-based role focused on developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined regional territory, consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with water companies, contractors and industrial customers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across water and wastewater applications
  • Promote technical products through customer visits, presentations, training and product support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline activity
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular market feedback
  • Work closely with marketing and internal teams to maximise regional activity
