Our client is a well-established manufacturer of specialist equipment used in the water supply and wastewater management sector, as well as wider industrial and environmental markets. They work closely with utilities, contractors and end users to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability solutions. They are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the East Midlands and East Anglia region. This is a field-based role focused on developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined regional territory, consistently exceeding sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with water companies, contractors and industrial customers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across water and wastewater applications
- Promote technical products through customer visits, presentations, training and product support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline activity
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular market feedback
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to maximise regional activity
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
Key Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within water, wastewater, utilities or a technical environment
- Experience selling engineered or technical products or solutions
