We help keep essential factory equipment operating reliably, from industrial electronics and automation systems to rotating machinery. When equipment fails, a fast, well-coordinated response can make a real difference to our customers’ operations. We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Sales Support & Service Coordinator to help keep enquiries, quotations and repair jobs moving smoothly. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and provide hands-on support to our sales team. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll coordinate job progress, process orders and help source the parts and equipment our teams need. What you’ll do * Respond to incoming enquiries, understand customer requirements and direct each enquiry to the right person. * Prepare and send quotations, then follow up with customers on outstanding quotes. * Keep customers updated on job progress, liaising with internal teams to provide accurate information. * Arrange collections and deliveries for customer jobs. * Process incoming purchase orders and progress jobs to the next stage. * Follow up on outstanding purchase orders, particularly for urgent jobs. * Order parts once purchase orders are received, and source parts or equipment for the sales and engineering teams. * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, taking ownership of tasks that help them focus on customers and sales activity. * Support other sales-team requirements as needed. What you’ll bring You’ll be well organised, responsive and comfortable managing a variety of tasks and follow-ups. You’ll enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues, keeping information up to date, and helping ensure jobs progress without unnecessary delays.
