Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for existing or potential B2B customers
  • Written and phone correspondence with our customers and external partners
  • Interface between customers and Neutrik Organization (Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management)
  • Adhering to the KPI Service Levels
  • Continuous Improvement feedback of the Customer Service Processes
  • Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM Systems
  • Complaint Management

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • MS Office and SAP Experience
  • Experience in CRM Systems such as Salesforce.com
  • Team player
  • English & Italian (French or Spanish an advantage)

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is £30,000, plus a performance-related bonus.
