Neutreeno is seeking a lead UX designer to own the product design direction for a data-heavy emissions platform. You will define IA, craft UI and build a scalable design system, designed to be AI-native and machine-readable for rapid prototyping and production UI.
You will work closely with engineers and climate scientists, leading discovery, research, and customer engagements to ensure outcomes move the needle while shaping the design function as the company grows.
