We are an agile and innovative manufacturer of complex metallic and composite components supplied to the aerospace, motorsport, defence and advanced engineering sectors.

The Role
With around 350 externally sourced components across our supply chain, you will take ownership of supplier quality, ensuring suppliers consistently meet the standards expected within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Conduct supplier audits for new suppliers, new product introductions and ongoing supplier approval.
- Assess manufacturing processes, quality systems and continuous improvement activities.
- Work with suppliers and internal Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques including 8D, RCCA, Ishikawa and DOE.
- Drive supplier corrective actions through to successful completion.
- Develop and implement a supplier performance and rating system based on quality, delivery and continuous improvement.
