Shift Pattern: Rotating Early and Late Shifts

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join this production team, manufacturing specialist products used within the medical industry. You don’t need previous experience in composites or advanced manufacturing. Full training will be provided. What’s most important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Following simple production processes and work instructions
  • Preparing materials and equipment ready for production
  • Operating machinery and automated equipment after training
  • Checking products meet quality standards
  • Recording basic production information
  • Loading and unloading products during the manufacturing process
  • Packing finished products ready for dispatch
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
  • Working as part of a supportive team to meet production targets
